The owner of the data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the manner provided in the notice of “Privacy and Legal Information” of the web. Additionally, at the end of each email sent you will be informed of the simple and free means provided to stop receiving the Bulletin.
Users who wish to indicate an email address that appears in the Iberia Plus Program File may not subscribe to this service.
The user, by subscribing to this service, accepts that when the email address provided in this service is included in the Iberia Plus Program File, the subscription to the Iberia.com e-Newsletter service will be automatically deregistered and all stored data associated with that address will become part of the profile of the holder Iberia Plus.
Iberia reserves the right to cancel all data belonging to users who have not read at least one newsletter of the last three sent or to those users to which Iberia has not sent any e-newsletter iberia.com by email in a period of less than six months.
The user subscribed to e-Boletines must have a Mail Service and have it configured in such a way that the reception of communications in HTML format is allowed in order to complete the registration process in e-Boletines Iberia.com and to receive readable information in your email address.

El usuario, al suscribirse en este servicio, acepta que en el momento en que la dirección de correo electrónico suministrada en este servicio, pase a estar incluida en el Fichero del Programa Iberia Plus, la suscripción al servicio de e-Boletines Iberia.com será automáticamente dada de baja y todos los datos almacenados asociadas a esa dirección pasarán a formar parte del perfil del titular Iberia Plus.
Iberia se reserva el derecho a dar de baja todos los datos pertenecientes a usuarios que no hayan leído al menos un boletín de los tres últimos enviados o a aquellos usuarios a los que Iberia no haya hecho llegar ningún e-Boletín iberia.com por correo electrónico en un periodo de inferior a seis meses.
El usuario suscrito a e-Boletines deberá disponer de un Servicio de Correo y tener configurado el mismo de tal forma que se permita la recepción de comunicaciones en formato HTML con el fin de poder finalizar el proceso de alta en e-Boletines Iberia.com y de recibir información legible en su dirección de correo electrónico.
