These terms and conditions apply to you where you have registered to receive Missguided’s student discount.
Missguided offers a 30% discount to customers that are students (“Student Discount”). You must be a student and agree to these terms and conditions to be eligible for the Student Discount. This % discount is subject to change.
1. Eligibility: Student Discount is only offered to students, being persons over the age of 16 in part time or full time education (“Student”). You must be able to provide proof of eligibility upon request by Missguided.
2. How to get Student Discount: to get the Student Discount you will need to register with Unidays through our website www.missguidedus.com/unidays . Once you have successfully registered you will be issued with a code that provides you with the Student Discount (“Code”). To redeem the Student Discount you will need to enter the Code at “enter code” section of the checkout process.
3. Conditions of Use: You can only use the Code once. You cannot use the Code and apply the Student Discount in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The code applies to all purchases made on www.missguidedus.com and excludes sale. You cannot use the Code for any other purpose, other than as set out in these terms and conditions. You cannot transfer or exchange the Students Discount for any purpose, amount, gift, items, money, vouchers or other form of compensation.
4. By Registering and using the Code you confirm that you are a Student and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do Register.
5. We reserve the right to refuse the Student Discount to any person that does not comply with these terms and conditions or where we find that you have Registered using incorrect or fraudulent information. In such circumstances, where you have purchased items using the Student Discount you will be required to pay back to us any amount reflecting the Student Discount given to you on items purchased.
6. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Student Discount at any time.
7. Where goods purchased using the Student Discount are subsequently returned for a refund, any refund due will take into account the Student Discount and an appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund.
8. Personal Data: For the purposes of administering the Student Discount (including without limitation for the purposes of registering your Missguided Student Account, and sending you details of our other Missguided offers and promotions by email and SMS) you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your name, date of birth, email address, postal address and educational course details). For further details on how we use your information, see our Privacy Policy . We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 9. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from this offer.
