Bonnaroo has been an annual tradition in Tennessee since 2002, drawing music fans from all over the world. The festival’s name is a Creole slang term that loosely means “a really good time.” Most festival attendees camp on-site at the festival, where they can also experience numerous late-night performances. In 2005, festival organizers added a comedy tent that has emerged as a popular attraction at the festival with appearances by leading names and headliners in the standup comedy scene.
