TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The offer consists of a % discount on the guest room Retail Rate applicable at the time of booking at each individual Participating Hotel (whereby “Retail Rate” means the non-qualified retail rate loaded by participating hotels generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel.) (the “Offer”), e.g.,
• Non-Club Carlson members get a 20 % discount, with the exception of bookings for:
  • the Radisson Blu Edwardian Participating Hotels London and the May Fair Hotel London, for which the discount may vary between 0 and 20 %, and
  • Park Plaza hotels & resorts, for which the discount is 30%.
• Club Carlson members get a 30% discount, with the exception of bookings for:
  • the Radisson Blu Edwardian Participating Hotels London and the May Fair Hotel London, for which the discount may vary between 10 and 30%, and
  • Park Plaza hotels & resorts, for which the discount is 30%.

• whereby both Club Carlson exceptions (i) and (ii) are subject to the condition that the member is logged into its Club Carlson account during booking process. Club Carlson members are eligible to earn Gold Points^®: Club Carlson members are eligible to earn 2,500 bonus Gold Points (“Bonus Points”) per stay completed during the Offer related stay in addition to the standard twenty (20) Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent on Club Carlson eligible stays. Consecutive nights are considered as one stay and therefore Bonus Points can be earned only once for consecutive nights. Offer is subject to the complete Club Carlson terms and conditions
• The Offer is:
• Only valid at Participating Hotels of Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Plaza and Park Inn by Radisson in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas; and
• Only valid for individual bookings; and
• Only valid if done with a non-refundable credit card prepayment for the entire stay, made at the time of booking, whereby the name on the booking is to be identical to the credit card holder’s name, and is to be identical to the individual that checks in for the stay; and
• Strictly subject to availability, specific hotel sales, booking and service conditions (e.g. minimum number of nights) at the time of booking; and
• Calculated as discount on the guest room Retail rate, excluding incidental charges (such as e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated rate is only available in the hotel’s local currency; and
• Not valid on existing reservations and may not be used in combination with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate.
• Rates for each night may vary and extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy.
• No frequent flyer miles will be awarded on the Offer.
• No changes, cancellations or adjustments to the reservation are permitted. The amount charged for the booking is non-refundable.
• The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The offer is subject to the law applicable at the Participating Hotel’s location and the offer and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable local law.
• The countdown timer is set to Central European Time (CET).
