1. This offer is valid for eligible bookings on a participating Best Price Guarantee hotel prepaid through Hotels.com.
2. Offer valid for reservations booked online
3. When you check out, please enter the coupon code based on the requirements below.
·Stay 3+ nights & spend at least $130 – receive $20 rebate;
·Stay 5+ nights & spend at least $200 – receive $30 rebate;
·Stay 8+ nights & spend at least $325 – receive $50 rebate;
·Stay 10+ nights & spend at least $500 – receive $75 rebate;
·Stay 12+ nights & spend at least $650 – receive $100 rebate.
4. After you complete your stay, visit http://www.hotels.com/deals/rebate, print out the form, fill it out, and mail it to: Hotels.com Rebate Processing Department, 5000 West Kearney St., Springfield, MO 65803. We must receive the completed form within thirty (30) days of your completed stay.
5. For efficient processing, rebates will be credited back to the credit card used at booking within eight (8) weeks of receipt and verification of this form.
6. This coupon can’t be used for: (a) package bookings, i.e. hotel + flight; (b) bookings made through Group Travel Services; (c) bookings paid for at the hotel; (d) bookings paid for in a foreign currency; (e) bookings at non-participating hotels; (f) bookings made prior to receipt of this offer; (g) taxes, fees, or charges including, without limitation, extra guests, phone calls, cancellation fees, parking, or other charges. You must pay these charges when you make your booking, or directly at the hotel.
7. This offer is valid for the first 50,000 bookings as long as you use it by the deadline above. You’ll be able to check that it’s still valid before completing a booking. There’s a limit of one coupon per booking, and it can’t be combined with other offers. There is a limit of one (1) rebate per person per booking per calendar year.
8. Offer may be redeemed by a US or Canadian resident aged 18 years or older only on the US or Canadian Hotels.com websites and is void where prohibited by law.
9. Bookings made with this coupon are eligible to collect Hotels.com Rewards nights.
